I have one friend who lives with a lot ...Hi Wendy,<br /><br />I have one friend who lives with a lot of depression and she has said how, as soon as she feels herself go down, she needs to reach out to God - to try and get closer to Him. Only thing is, often we don't know we're going down until we're so deep it becomes harder to extract ourselves. And then, if we could only trust that He IS still there and that He DOES love us - that we can rely on Him to stay close. <br /><br />Psalm 42 is a good thing to read when we feel ourselves going down.
